Lean Six Sigma is all about CHANGE. This requires a new way of looking at your current organization. It doesn’t mean you need to add more staff but rather take a closer look and find the right people for the right job. As you start with Lean Six Sigma you will quickly notice that not everybody is willing to follow you: not everybody is able to step outside their comfort zone to look at their daily challenges from a totally new perspective.
